The Royal Oak is an ideal venue for both private and business events. e.g. birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, entertaining customers, company and Christmas parties.
The private dining and new room is elegant, light and airy and overlooks the beautiful courtyard designed by the late horticultural expert, Richard Vine, renowned for his skill in creating a fusion between the culinary and horticultural world.
The private dining room offers dining and function facilities for up to a maximum of 16 guests. The private dining and new room combined holds 60 guests and the entire pub/restaurant holds up to a maximum of 80. Take our virtual tour to have a look around.
Small groups can choose from our à la carte menu on the day. Parties of 9 or more can choose from one of our banqueting menus, starting at £30 per person. Or the team in the kitchen can help you devise your personalised menu prior to the event. Or you might like to try our tasting menu, which is available for a minimum of 8 or a maximum of 14 people.
Our wine lists offers over 500 bins ranging from good modest titles to fine and collectable vintages.
