The Royal Oak is an ideal venue for both private and business events. e.g. birthdays, anniversaries and weddings : company off sites, team building events, customer launches and Christmas parties.
The private dining and new room is elegant, light and airy and overlooks the beautiful courtyard designed by horticultural expert, Richard Vine, renowned for his skill in creating a fusion between the culinary and horticultural world.
The private dining room offers dining, meeting and function facilities for up to a maximum of 20 guests. The private dining and new room combined holds 60 guests and the entire pub/restaurant holds up to a maximum of 80. Take our virtual tour to have a look around.
Small groups can choose from our à la carte menu on the day. Parties of 9 or more can choose from one of our banqueting menus, starting at £25 per person. Our wine lists offers over 500 bins ranging from good modest titles to fine and collectable vintages.
The private dining room is ideal for management, team and small company meetings, customer briefings, launches and hospitality events.
The tranquil atmosphere, view of the contemporary herb garden, eclectic mix of beautiful art, smells and flavours of the exquisite food and wine inspire creativity and form a conducive environment for brain storming and relationship building.
The private room laid out in meeting style holds 20 delegates and offers projection facilities. Flip charts and white boards are also available.
We offer a day and half day delegate rate. Our standard delegate rates include a set lunch or dinner menu plus refreshments. Alternatively you and your guests can chose from our à la carte menu on the day or in advance, dependent on numbers. Or we can create a personalised menu to complement the style and format of your meeting.
