THE ROYAL OAK IS RATED 6/10 AND RECOGNISED IN THE TOP 50 RESTAURANTS IN THE GOOD FOOD GUIDE 2012

We are delighted to say that The Good Food Guide has given The Royal Oak Paley Street a rating of 6/10 in their 2012 publication. 

"All credit goes to Dom and all the team; very well deserved" said Nick Parkinson.  "We increased our AA Rosette rating earlier this year and The Good Food Guide rating is further confirmation of the standard of food and service we are now achieving at The Oak, which makes me very proud”.

Head Chef, Dominic Chapman said “A big thank you to all the team for their hard work and commitment, our success would not be possible without you.   On a personal note this achievement makes me extremely proud.  I have followed The Good Food Guide for 20 years and to be recognised by them means a huge amount.

The Good Food Guide is quoted as saying that the dining scene across the UK is vibrant.  During recent years there have been some supremely talented chefs coming up through the ranks serving innovative food.   There is no doubt that the culinary experience in the UK can no longer be ignored.  The competition is strong and healthy and The Royal Oak is very excited to have achieved 49th position in The Good Food Guides Top 50 Restaurants this year.
